Yes. AERAS provides rooftop replacement proposals including equipment, transitions and installation requirements. Crane and removal scope is identified separately when applicable.
Can an RTU curb adapter be used?
Often, yes. The existing curb and new equipment dimensions must be verified so the correct engineered adapter can be selected.
Do you offer rooftop maintenance?
Yes. Commercial preventive-maintenance programs can include inspections, filters, testing and written repair recommendations.
