Service Appointments

When you schedule a service appointment with us:

• You agree to ensure safe access to the work area
• You understand that appointment times are estimates and may vary due to prior service calls
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible

Estimates and Pricing

We strive to provide transparent and accurate pricing:

• Written estimates will be provided before major work begins
• Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated upfront
• Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service
• Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding
• Published prices are subject to change without notice

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, payment schedules may be arranged.

Warranties

Our warranty terms vary by service type:

• Labor warranties are provided on completed work as specified in your service agreement
• Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AERAS HVAC & Refrigeration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Property Access and Conditions

By requesting service, you represent that:

• You have the authority to grant access to the property
• The work area is safe and accessible
• You will secure pets and clear the work area as needed
• You will inform us of any known hazards or special conditions

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7. Emergency and after-hours rates may apply. We prioritize emergencies based on safety concerns and severity. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, response times may vary based on demand and technician availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property ofAERAS HVAC & Refrigeration and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mahoning County, Ohio.

Changes to Terms
